ITALY IN THE KITCHEN

Wednesday 4:30pm - 5:00 pm

Hosted by:  Franca Roberti

Italy in the Kitchen (Italiain cucina) was born in 2005 from an idea from Maurizio Roberti, who at the timewas the President of Slow Foods Inc., an association in Western Australia.

When Maurizio went overseas to further his career, he left the program “Italy in the Kitchen” in the capable hands of Franca Roberti, who took over the half hour programme, which Maurizio still manages to organize once a week.

The programme is for all lovers of the Italian cuisine, with recipes from all over Italy. Listen to “Italy in the Kitchen” every Wednesday at 4:30pm ready with your pen and paper towrite down details of old recipes from many an Italian grandmother’s kitchen.

You can call in to the studio during the program and ask questions which Franca will be delightedto share with her listeners.

During the program we bring to you our listenersthe magic voices of many - international chefs who are willing to share their own recipes.  At other times you may even hear a wine connoisseur talking about the right wine for the food.

The half hour programme promotes all the culinary delights that come from the Italian kitchen that we have all learned to love.

Tune in to 6EBA-FM on 95.3MHz every Wednesday at 4:30 pm and enjoy !
